Rustic Issaquah Wedding

This Rustic Issaquah wedding is to die for!

Trinity Tree Farm

Heather and Ryan got married in Issaquah, home to the Issaquah Highlands, a city nestled among the Snoqualmie Mountain Range. Trinity Tree Farm is a Christmas tree farm, and beautiful rustic wedding venue. It hosts acres of Christmas trees from tiny saplings, to towering firs, that make a gorgeous, quaint background for your wedding photos.

The manicured grounds are perfect for a beautiful, Washington wedding. The venue has a bridal cabin, and groom’s suite, and offers two barns for your wedding. One, is a trendy, crisp white barn, perfect for that modern vibe with a rustic flare. The second, a classic barn feel, with warm wood walls, floor to ceiling windows and outdoor ceremony options as well, for beautiful weather.

Their Rustic Issaquah Wedding Day

Heather and Ryan’s rustic Issaquah wedding was on a peaceful, quiet November afternoon. The Christmas trees were in full majesty, ready for the holiday season. Heather got ready among in her bridal cabin, full of laughs, story swapping and tears. When I talk about a calm bride who is taking in every moment as it comes and soaking it all in, I think of her.

Heather and Ryan had a first look among the firs on the grounds. Nervous giggles and kisses broke up their tears as they saw each other for the first time. These are always my favorite wedding moments: the bride and groom locking eyes for the first time on their big day, setting the rest of their lives in motion, right here and now. We played among the Christmas trees, taking photos and swapping fun stories about their journey together. Then came time for the bridal party photos and that’s when the real party started. They laughed, joked and worked up their energy for the rest of their rustic Issaquah wedding.

Their ceremony was inside the lodge, since it was a tad too chilly outside for the guests. The floor to ceiling windows lit the lodge up and their guests sat, cozy and close, surrounding Heather and Ryan as they read tearful vows.

After their ceremony, guests gathered around the fire pits, enjoying drinks, and waiting for the bride and groom’s entrance. The reception took place inside the lodge and I thought these guys would never stop dancing! They had a blast parting the night away with their guests well into the night.

When I think of perfect wedding days, Heather and Ryan’s wedding takes the cake!
