Everything about Megan & Ronny’s Cattle Barn wedding in Cle Elum, Washington was amazing! Start to finish!
The Cattle Barn
First off… This venue is super cool for the fact that they offer the grounds for camping the night before and the night of the wedding. So couples can gather around a bonfire after the wedding, making s’mores and swapping stories with their bridal party, and anyone else who may need to pitch a tent instead of drive home!
All of Megan and Ronny’s closest friends and family brought their trailers, motor homes, tents, and set up camp for a couple of days, and we’re pretty sure it doesn’t get much cooler than that! How fun to spend a couple of days drinking beers and celebrating your marriage with the people that you love most.
Getting Ready and First Look
Now back to this amazing wedding day, Megan and Ronny are the sweetest, and being there to document this special day of their lives was really a treat for us. Their love for each other is obvious… You should see, not only the way they look at each other, but how they look at their beautiful daughter, Autumn. An adorable, spunky little girl, who lit up this perfect Cattle barn wedding.
Megan got ready on site, with her bridal party around her, as well as her sweet pup, and beautiful little girl. Megan and Ronny did their first look in the woods, Megan with her daughter’s hand in her’s. And when Ronny turned around and saw them, it was all tears and nervous giggles; and there started the perfect Cattle Barn wedding, on the perfect Washington day.
The Cattle Barn Wedding
We apologize in advance for the lengthy post… There are just way too many amazing photos from this day! Ronny and Megan got married on the lawn, in front of a gorgeous wooden arch, curtained with sheer white tulle. The sky opened up for them, and the weather was perfect for their vows. They had a teary, and beautiful ceremony, and we loved every minute of it.
We did some bridal party photos of them, decked out in their sunglasses and their cowboy boots. And then they posed for some couples portraits in front of the most glowing sunset ever. And then the reception was where we could see their style really shine. They had a rustic, chic element to their day, with an adventurous flare. They had wood signs with mountains etched on them, and antlers with crystals, and fairy light on tables.
Speeches brought tears to our eyes, and we couldn’t tell if it was because we were so emotional, or if it was because we were laughing so hard. And they got silly at one of the best, pants-splitting, booty dropping, grooving-til-it-hurts receptions ever. We We loved being a part of the perfect Cattle Barn Wedding.
It’s exactly what we do this for! Not just the perfect moments, but the imperfect ones too. The ones that make your day unique, the ones that give you memories no one else has. Because just like life, just like marriage, nothing is perfect. And it’s the imperfections that we completely fall in love. Just like each other.
Thank you so much for including us, Megan and Ronny! I know we say this a lot… But we really are the luckiest people to have so many amazing “clients” that feel more like friends.
