Guys, I know I say this all the time… but this elopement was amazing!
Michelle and Dylan reached out to me pre-covid, about their big, beautiful Washington wedding. Fast forward to 2020 and you know the rest.
Like a lot of couples, these two waited out the pandemic, making, then scratching plans as the virus raged on. But they didn’t let it bring them down. They planned a beautiful Snoqualmie elopement with their precious puppy.
We started with a first look at their stunning Seattle apartment. We did their first look on the roof, overlooking the Space Needle and amazing Puget Sound. Michelle wore a stunning strapless gown with sparkles! And Dylan wore a stylish black suit and tie.
We made our way to Snoqualmie for their much anticipated ceremony. We met the officiant and hiked to a beautiful spot overlooking the mountains. Their beautiful pup stood for as long as he could stand it before we took the leash so that they could have their moment for their vows. After their ceremony we whipped out a beautiful cake cutting and popped a bottle of champagne!
The rest is history! We ran around the open air, chasing the light and trying to survive the cold. When golden hour arrived, the sun cast a blood orange glow on the mountain peaks. Once the sun was down, we whipped out the sparklers and played until there was no light left. We retired to the parking lot and took more sparkler photos at our cars before saying our goodbyes.
This was my last elopement of 2020 and it really was the perfect way to end a crazy crazy season.
