We knew we wanted to make a stop in wine country during our 2 weeks in Italy. After doing a little bit of research we stumbled across the town of San Gimignano. We were only staying in this area 2 days before heading to southern Italy. While we were here we knew we wanted to do a little more relaxing than we did up in the Lake Como area. So we found the CUTEST authentic family owned bed and breakfast nestled in the rolling hills of San Gimignano. Our time here consisted of the following: Relaxing at the bed and breakfast drinking wine and enjoying the views. A quick day trip into town (“day of the dead” festival was going on). Playing with the cats that live at the property we were staying. And more drinking wine :).
